School Carnival

We went to the school carnival. We're jumping into this school 100% so we also made two prizes for the soda walk. The girls are still holding on to Tangled so we made Rapunzel and Flynn. 

We bought our punch card and blew threw it as fast as we could.  We did find a very cool rocket activity.

{PS: It was apple day and Kate felt the need to dress apple-y }

 We made rockets and launched them for around an hour. We need to find out how to make these. 

Imagine less than 2 sheets of paper, glue, (not to mention the science behind different wing pattern/weight/sizes/angle of the arm) & dry time....launching, running at least 30 yards to retrieve, and repeating for-ev-er.  That's 10x zoom baby. Two laps of that for every rocket you launch....:).

This is my kind of kid project. 

Sorry no Grace, she was back and forth with friends. It was amusing the number of people that called out to her. She doesn't lack in the ability to be social. She's been there under a month and her biggest fears (not having any friends at her new school) are unwarranted. :)
